We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Be unworn, unused, and free of damage
- Include all original tags, certificates (if applicable), and packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return the original item for a refund (subject to approval), and
- Place a new order once the return is accepted
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be:

Refunds
